Four-Alarm Condo Fire Breaks Out On Long Island

The fire began around 10:15 a.m., Monday, Sept. 30, at the Parkview Estates at 420 N. Corona Ave., in Valley Stream, said the Nassau County Police.

The Valley Stream Fire Department is asking motorists and others to avoid the fire that included at least three units at the two-story wood complex.

The roadway in the area has been shut down to allow for emergency vehicles, officials said.

There is no report of injuries at this time.
